Shipping Information

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for custom orders.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for orders (please see below for details).
  • Domestic Orders: We offer shipping within the United States, Rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping (typically 5-10 business days)

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package as it travels to you.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during busy seasons or due to weather-related issues. We appreciate your patience!

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with returns or exchanges.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that sale items and personalized/custom orders are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the returned item back to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at One15customs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we may have already processed or shipped the order, and cancellations may not be possible.
  • Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Damaged or Lost Items
